Investment Model
To meet the needs of the current investment climate, in particular as it pertains to the property development market, we are currently offering tailor made investment and funding product solutions aimed primarily at the property development sector.
Through our extensive relationships in the sector, we source suitable property development projects and investments where known and experienced developers require funding and structure an investment and funding solution specific to the needs of each particular project, which ensures developers and investors objectives are aligned, thus maximising returns.
Our model utilises these established relationships and leverages our combined experience throughout the project such that projects are carefully managed thus ensuring performance objectives are met and completion is achieved within pre agreed timeframes and budget parameters.
We require developers to enter into suitable fixed price construction contracts with reputable builders that have the reputation and resources to deliver on contractual works. We require that an independent Quantity Surveyor (QS) is appointed to each project, to review, analyse and agree the construction contracts and budgets. We then work closely with the developer, lead financier (where applicable) and the QS, carefully monitoring progress and making progressive advances to the project against certificates signed off by the QS.
We maintain a close involvement with all interested stakeholders throughout the project duration, attending regular project meetings and maintaining regular dialogue, thus facilitating regular and open communication across all stakeholders. This allows any potential problems to be quickly identified and dealt with immediately.
