David Gibson is the Director and CEO of Fresh Finance Limited. David has worked in the financial services industry for the past 16 years. David has worked in a number of roles within the industry including accounting, finance and client relations. Previous roles include Financial Controller and Chief Operating Officer within the financial services industry.

Leon Herselman
Director of Credit & Lending, BCom, RFA
Leon Herselman is the Director of Credit and Lending. Leon has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He has extensive experience across a number of sectors including structured property finance and recovery, asset finance and leasing. Leon has also been involved in the valuation, purchase and recovery of large commercial and consumer finance loan ledgers.

Ram Gounder
Financial Controller, BCom
Ram Gounder is the Financial Controller of the company. Ram has worked in the financial services sector for the last 8 years. Prior to this he had a background in the retail, manufacturing, FMCG and service sectors working in financial and management accounting positions for several national and multi national organizations both in New Zealand and overseas. He held senior accounting positions in Lion Nathan Group, Unifoods (NZ) Ltd (subsidiary of Unilever N.Z.) and Jasons Travel Media Limited.

Jodie Gain
Business & Funding Manager, BBS, CA
Jodie Gain is our business and funding manager. Jodie is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in audit and financial accounting having trained with PWC in the business advisory and assurance team. Jodie has worked in the banking and finance sector for the last 14 years, including time in London and the Channel Islands. Jodie has a particular interest in structuring pragmatic commercial solutions that result in efficient investment structures and clear reporting outputs.
