For over a decade, the team at Fresh Finance Limited have been actively engaged in the New Zealand financial services sector.

From 2001-2013, the members of our team were involved in the management and operation of a large specialist fund manager and financier, primarily funding the property development sector.

 

Over that period, they arranged, funded and managed advances to over 300 projects, totalling close to $3 billion dollars.

 

Following the effects of the Global Financial Crisis on the financial services sector and the flow on effects to the wider New Zealand property market, the team took control of several distressed or stalled property projects and successfully managed their completion and sell down . This resulted in an excellent outcome for investors and financiers alike during what was a calamitous cycle in the economy. 

 

In 2013, key members of the team saw an opportunity to form their own independent finance and investment house providing boutique and tailored services to borrowers and investors alike. This resulted in the establishment of Fresh Finance Limited, whose aim is to leverage off the experience and expertise of the team to continue to practice sound and ethical business principles in the provision of it’s financial services.

 

Over the past decade we have forged strong relationships with leading securities and property market professionals including trustee companies, law firms and accounting firms and will continue to foster and leverage these strong relationships to maintain a high level of integrity and oversight over our products.  

 

Fresh Finance Limited is registered under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution)  Act 2008, and is a member of the Financial Services Complaints Service (FSCL) a Government approved Dispute resolution service provider.
